1. Introduction

This E-Sign Consent (“Consent”) explains how GadaaPay LLC (“GadaaPay”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides communications to you electronically.

By creating an account, using our mobile app, or accessing any GadaaPay services, you agree to receive all disclosures, notices, agreements, statements, and records electronically instead of paper form.

If you do not agree to this Consent, you may not use GadaaPay.

2. Communications Covered

Under this Consent, GadaaPay may send the following electronically:

  • Terms of Service

  • Privacy Policy updates

  • Fee disclosures

  • Account agreements

2.2 Transactional Communications

  • Add-money confirmations

  • Send/receive money receipts

  • Withdrawal confirmations

  • Dispute or chargeback notifications

2.3 Verification Communications

  • OTP codes

  • Identity verification requests

  • Device verification alerts

2.4 Account-Related Messages

  • Security alerts

  • Fraud warnings

  • Account lock/unlock notices

  • Policy changes

  • Support messages

3. Delivery Methods

We may deliver electronic communications through:

  • The GadaaPay mobile app

  • Email (to the address you provided)

  • SMS (to your registered phone number)

  • Push notifications

  • In-app Inbox or Messages

  • Website (gadaapay.com)

You agree that receiving communication through any of these methods counts as “delivery.”

4. Hardware & Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic records, you must have:

Required device & operating system

  • A smartphone (iOS or Android)

  • Ability to download the GadaaPay app

  • Updated operating system

Required connection

  • Internet or mobile data connection

  • Valid U.S. phone number

Viewing documents

  • A web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox)

  • Ability to open PDF files

  • Sufficient storage space to save records

If you cannot meet these requirements, do not use GadaaPay.

5. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw this E-Sign Consent at any time by emailing:

IMPORTANT:

If you withdraw consent, your GadaaPay account will be closed, because electronic delivery is required for:

  • KYC verification

  • Transaction receipts

  • Legal notices

  • Fraud and security alerts

Any funds remaining in your wallet will be sent to your linked bank account before closure.

6. Updating Your Contact Information

You are responsible for keeping your:

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Device information

accurate and up to date.

Update your information in the app or contact support.

We are not responsible for notices you fail to receive due to outdated contact information.

7. Obtaining Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any document by emailing:

A small processing fee may apply (up to $5).

Paper copies may take up to 10 business days.

8. Consent & Agreement

By using GadaaPay, you confirm that:

  1. You can receive and read electronic communications

  2. You can save or print electronic records

  3. You agree to accept documents electronically

  4. You understand withdrawal of consent closes your account

You agree that your electronic signature, including tapping “Agree” on the app, has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
